Another picture from the 365 self portrait project that was a part of my recovery process.
I can’t remember what the exact inspiration/motivation was for this one. But I quite like it as a shot. I do remember it had the caption We grew so tall and reached so high.
Today that echoes for me. Having just lost another friend the words resonate. As well as sadness for her and the loss there is the hope that when we die maybe we do reach high for something else.
