Bigotry. Intentional and Otherwise.

Something of a departure for my blog and a link to a very good piece written for the New Statesman. It’s self-explanatory so no further explanation needed from me. Except to make an observation from personal experience. Most people know, that whatever personal opinions they may be hiding, in public, work situations etc they can not display racist, sexist, homophobic etc behaviour. Yet the group of people this article writes about are routinely subjected to prejudicial and offensive behaviour.

One response to “Bigotry. Intentional and Otherwise.

  1. Yes, we are. The treatment is well-known and effective, yet often refused, because of prejudice or because the doctors find doubt where none is.
